FALLBACK

FALLBACK exists within a broken world.

a moving essay on the power of the moving people. an alternative to the primary plan. something to rely on when stability breaks.

my fallback lies in dancing together. my fallback lies in community. something to fall back on when the world fails me. 

to let my weight rest on somebody else’s arms. 

to be held. 

to be carried. 

to be lifted (out of my misery). 

a fallback to keep me going. 

to hold someone up means to take on part of their weight. 

FALLBACK asks what remains when certainty disappears, and whether starting over (or just moving on) is something we can do alone.
